Job Title: Yard Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Worker to join our team. The Yard Worker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard, loading, and unloading materials, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:

• Keep the property clean and organized.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Assist with storage and inventory management.
• Clean, wash, and detail new units for showroom.
• Operate various yard equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as moving fixtures, cleaning and repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and valid drivers license.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Previous experience in the operation of yard equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work environment
• Indoor work environment
• Noisy and dusty conditions
• Exposure to various weather conditions
