I was looking for a specific motorcycle and I happen to call many dealer in different provinces. I spoke to Kyle from Cycle Works Red Deer and I was set from the first call; Price match and beyond, Availability after the payment was done and his effort to go the extra mile by providing a few references to get the bike delivered to my front door.

From my experience, I do recommend Cycle Works (Kyle).

The staff is friendly , patient, willing to help, not pushy at all and extremely knowledgeable.

I bought a brand new yamaha yz250 2 stroke which we all know has no warranty being a race bike. I took it out for my first ride and 2kms away it seized, still had all the knubs on the tires and a full tank of fuel, I didnt touch it just loaded it up and took it to cycle works they said they couldn't promise anything but with in a day the service manager had called me back and said my crank had been machined out of spec and yamaha still didn't want to cover it, but the service manager wasn't taking that for an answer after 3 days of going back and forth with head office warranty department he called me with great news. He had my bike back to me a week later running 110% without costing me a penny because of this I would recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone, I know I'll always deal with them

Easy to find, very knowledgeable Parts & Service Staff. Disappointed in lack of availability of parts on hand for my bike however, they were friendly and sympathetic to my situation. Would recommend them for your Sporting needs.
